TERMS & CONDITIONS OF WHOLESALE ORDERS
ORDERING WHOLESALE JEWELRY
New wholesalers must first request a wholesale jewelry account through the Wholesale Request Form to obtain a username and password for the wholesale section of our website. Once approved, you can order through our website at simonandruby.com. Wholesale orders may also be placed via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or through one of our reps.
MINIMUMS & RE-ORDERS
Our minimum opening order is $300.00. There is no minimum reorder amount.
All wholesale jewelry orders must be paid in full by credit card, PayPal or check prior to shipping. Payment will be processed when the order is ready for shipment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Orders are shipped between 2-3 weeks upon receipt of order unless you request a specific ship date. Rush orders are processed as quickly as our workload allows. Our handmade jewelry is made to order, and we do our best to fill orders as quickly as possible.
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. UPS shipping is available upon request. All orders are confirmed via phone or email when they are ready to ship. We will provide you with a tracking number for your shipment via email. All of our pieces are handmade in our design studio in Nashville, Tennessee, and shipping originates from there.
All necklaces and bracelets are tagged with a Simon & Ruby hangtag, which includes a list of stones and materials on the back. Earrings come on an earring card with a list of materials on the back. Each piece is individually bagged, labeled, and packed in the order.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Orders can be canceled up to 3 business days after a wholesale order is placed. Cancellations are required to be sent via email and are not considered canceled until a confirmation is received from S&R. Please check all merchandise upon receipt. All returns/exchanges must have prior authorization. Requests for exchanges must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Returns must be in their original condition, include invoice number, be properly packaged, and shipped with a tracking number via either USPS or UPS. Upon receipt of return, we will provide you with a merchandise credit to apply your exchange or to future orders.
In the event of damage in transit, please contact our studio for instructions on how to handle the claim. Please keep all packaging materials. Any claim for damage during shipping or defective goods must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods and accompanied by the original package. Defective/damaged goods will be repaired, and you will receive an exact replacement or full credit at our option.
